How can I create reports with JRS, RQM and Baseline-only configuration management?

edited Nov 22 '19, 12:20 a.m. by Muralidhar Rajagopal (101●1●4) We are looking to build reports (starting with JRS, but eventually RPE) on RQM projects that have baseline-only configuration management turned on. We have LQE turned on, and it is pulling data from our RQM projects. When I design a report using just LQE, we are able to report on Baseline-only projects. However, we are unable to select specific baselines to report against, and any version that exists for a particular artifact is pulled for that report. Is there a way to select a specific baseline when running a JRS report against an RQM project with just baseline enabled? note: We are able to build reports with LQE (with configurations) and RQM projects with full GCM enabled.
In addition, we were looking for some guidance with "full" GCM in just an RQM project. What would be the "MVP" for what a project would need to follow in order to take advantage of GCM. For instance, what is the minimal amount of components/streams/baselines have folks seen in order to leverage the benefits of GCM? We are looking to make the most painless transition for projects, without totally confusing teams. Thanks!
To add an extra layer of complexity, we also are linking to DOORS 9 objects. We are not looking to migrate these requirements into RM/DOORS Next Gen. It appears we are unable to link from GCM enabled RQM artifacts to DOORS 9/classic via DWA.

In RPE, you normally use OSLC configuration picker to set the configuration-context. Is there any way to get the list of baselines / configurations?
