DNG in-built review has problems adding artifacts using shared tags

  1. Select one or more artifacts in the module and choose to add a tag, then create a new shared tag
    2. Create a review from Reviews tab in DNG
    3. Add artifacts, then try to find the module scoped artifacts with the tag that was created and added to them in step 1 but Can't see module scoped artifacts in the add artifacts window.
    What is the issue with tags filter in Review?

If you add a tag to an artifact within a module, the tag only exists in the context of that module.  If you want to be able to filter based on tag outside of a module (which is what you're doing when trying to add artifacts to a review), you need to tag the base artifacts, not the module artifacts.
