How to get all change set from particular project area

I want to access all change set of particular project area.
Is their any api to access all change sets of particular project area using client api.
Kindly provide me the solution.

There is no real connection between change sets and project areas, as far as I can tell. The only relationship would be that a change set could be in the stream configuration (in a component) where the stream and/or component would be owned by or visible in a project area.
If you asked "how do I find all the change sets for a given component", that would be a well-defined question. It would be best to explain the use case which motivated you to ask this question.
