Quick Planner, Normal Plans and Resources

 Hi all,

Does "Quick planner" essentially replace the typical plans in RTC? If you've defined the iterations in the project and releases, you've created your quick planner plan board, stuck the tasks into the various iterations... I'm assuming you don't then ALSO need to create plans for each iteration?

It's not obvious from the documentation that the quick planner's intent is to replace individually created plans.

If so, is there a config where only "plan items" can be seen in a "plan board" and execution items in a "work board"?

Is there any way of seeing an overview of resource allocations for teams areas/project areas without plans (using quick planner)?

Thanks

Glyn
