TypeError while loading a plan in RTC

You could perform the below steps to investigate:
a. Edit the Plan View and start removing the columns one-by-one to see if the error is related to a column in plan view
b. Check if the iteration has start and end dates
c. Edit the Plan View and disable fetching of child work items to see if the error goes away.
If the above doesn't help, gather the network trace and console logs while loading the plan view and reach out to IBM Support.
