How to handle gaps in Stream using Server Side API

I want to find gaps in change set using server side API. Kindly provide the API for fetching gaps .

You might be able to use IScmQueryService.findChangeSetsToAcceptToFillGap..

If the return result contains 'any' change sets that were not provided, then there were gaps.
