Integration of RTC Defect Management with Cordys tool.

We are planning to integrate IBM RTC Defect management with Cordys application which is a PLM tool. We are using RTC 6.0.5 version. 

Why we want integration?

Some teams are using IBM RTC tool to create defects. Vehicle Build team they will test the features in vehicle and if any defects found, they will create in CRRMS( Concern Reporting & Resolution management system) which is a part of cordys application. So once they created defects in CRRMS and if it is related to Electrical and Electronics team that defects should be create in RTC. So please provide what are the steps to be follow to achieve this.
