please tell a way for fetching user details through scripting( calculated values)

As far as I can tell, there is no such API. https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/AttributeCustomization is explaining the whole API and you won't find anything there. Complex items only provide the ID (getValue) and the display name (getLabel).
