RTC-RQM integration problem

After setting up the integration between RTC and RQM, I'm getting an error when trying to associate an execution defect.
Once the defect is raised (it opens my RTC Defect form), I complete the fields but when I try to save the record I get the following error:

"Permission Denied. You don't have permission to perform the following actions: modify/com.ibm.rqm.defect".

But using the same userid, I can log in directly into RTC and save a defect record without problems.

Ideas?
