Unable to get progress bars in colours of red, green for plans in rtc:

I have created a timeline and iterations in it. But in my plan; I am not able to see progress bars as I ned them to appear.

I am not getting progress bars as below also(a picture from Google):

This above way (Pic from Google) atleast gives progress based on dates of each task; but my progress bar is something weird and displays a single bar ..

Need immediate help.
