Is it possible to get a filtered view of the history records for a module?

I know how to open the Module History and see all the history records for all the artifacts on one page.

If we are only interested in seeing a list of changes to the primary text attribute of artifacts in the module between 2 given dates is that possible?

Is there any way to export the unfiltered view so it can be filtered in excel for example?

I am investigating RPE options for history reporting but are their any other options such as JRS? I cannot see any audit history reporting options in JRS.
