Unable to import test cases using RQM importer to jazz.net sandbox.

I tested some sample of the RQM Word and Excel importer, and found out that I kept getting some "Forbidden" error returned during running my importer to the jazz.net sandbox.

However, when I import them into my local installed RQM from the trial version, I had no issues.

Am I missing something?.
