Rational Change Management DOORS RCR Report
I am currently trying to customise the RPE template that is bundled with DOORS v9.5 for the Chanage Management Integration (using RTC 4.0.6 as the change manager)
By default the RCR report when invoked from DOORS using the default template the following information is extracted:
From RTC Workitem:
ID
Summary
Description
From DOORS
Module Name (including path)
Absolute number of object (termed objectId but it isn't the Object ID as no prefix is included)
Attribute that has been changed
redline diff of the changes
What I'm trying to get out as well is:
Custom attributes I've defined in RTC against the work item
DOORS Module properties (e.g. prefix)
Tried raising with IBM on a PMR and all they say is pull the RTC attributes into DOORS for each object and then generate a DOORS schema from RPE.
This is not a workable solution as the RTC information belongs in the report header not against specific objects and when you have multiple DOORS modules affected by a singular change the DOORS schema module uri has to be against a specific module so you only get the information for one module and not the others.
