Work item creation in RQM

Dear Team,

We tried to create Work items in RQM. But Work item menu is not visible. Then if we want to assign a task to particular person how to design this attribute in RQM ?

Could you please suggest us.

Work Items are created in RTC. The RQM License provides this capability in RTC. CLM uses links that you can create between RQM items and work items.
