sharing or using testcases from one Project Area to another

Hi,

Would like to know if the testcases can be accessed or shared from one project area to another.
I have 2 different project areas (say PA1 and PA2) in the same RQM server, i want to use the testcases of PA1 in PA2. is there any way to use the testcases across project areas?

Hi,

you can not access test cases in one Project Area, that are stored in another Project Area.

There is a tool on jazz.net, Copy Utility, which lets you copy Test Plans, Test Cases, Lab Resources, etc.
The destination of the copy can be the same Project Area, a different Project Area in the same RQM repository, or a different repository/server altogether.

The primary goal of the copy would be to share common artifacts across projects and teams
