 Hi,
I am trying to link an Test case from Quality Management to requirement Management,after linking the Test case and trying to save the test case it gives me the Unable to load/qm/proxy?uri=https and status:403 error.

Hi Yogashree,
Please look into qm.log and rm.log => provide full starck trace of the issue.

403 Forbidden indicates you do not have sufficient permissions in the requirements management application (e.g. RRC or RDNG).
