RQM - DOORS: Suspicion Profiles - Admin Rights Issue

Hello,

our environment:
  • RQM 5.0.1
  • DOORS classic 9.6
We currently test the possibility to link requirements between RQM and DOORS and how traceability and reconciliation is working.

So far most of the features are working, like Collection Links and links from test cases/test scripts to DOORS requirements. Also reconciliation is working. Now I want to configure which attributes to watch for reconciliation.

But "I'm not a Jazz Admin" :-) I've JazzProjectAdmins rights and can setup associations between RQM and DOORS, define collection links and so on. But ...

Our servers are maintained in a different department and we are not allowed to get server admin rights.
Now I ask myself how to configure suspicious profiles in my daily work. Why is it not possible that I, as JazzProjectAdmin, can define profiles for the RQM Project Area I'm responsible for?

Is it really necessary, if I add a new attribute to a DOORS Module, that I've send a request to the server administrators to do some project specific configuration?

Additional issues:

I hear several statements and would like to know if they are correct

1) "Manage suspicion profiles is only possible with DOORS Next Generation and not DOORS Classic.
2) "manage suspicion profile" may lead to performance issues.

   thanks, Joerg

Unfortunately for whatever reason the suspicion profiles are currently at the JazzAdmin repository permission level ...and I understand entirely your dilemma trying to explain to an administrator who maybe does not know the tool how to create those profiles for you.....

I have CLM 5.0.1 installed and suspicion profiles for DOORs Next Generation is still at the JazzAdmin level

I think this warrants an enhancement request to have this reduced to the to JazzPrjAdmin role
