how to notify few user by an email when Test Plan, Test Suite or Test Cases has been create or updated.

Hello Folks,


Is there any way to notify few user by an email when Test Plan, Test Suite or Test Cases has been created or updated.
If anyone has done it or have any idea please suggest the solution.

Please note that currently there is no email notifications for the mentioned events. However, please note that execution records and execution schedule changes including start/end of execution can now be notified via email. The notion of subscribers is also supported in those artifacts. Please see: [RQM] Email Notification (58495). This was delivered in 6.0.5.
