Hi,

i had enabled GC in a RQM project area and i tried to create streams and baselines with same name. i am able to create streams and baselines under a component with same name basically duplicates are possible.

i would like know is it a bug or it works as per design?

 Hi, name uniqueness is not enforced at the moment neither for streams nor baselines, this work is still pending, see Enforce name uniqueness for components and configurations within each project area (150384).

 However, you can change the name of the stream/baseline using their properties page. Just invoke the edit properties action from the list, given that you have the permission to edit configurations.
