Email notification on creation of Timelines and Iterations

Hello Everyone,

I want to send email notification to some users on creation of Timeline and Iterations.

I checked the operation id availables for server side plugins in RTC but there is no possible way to do that.

Please help me if you have any idea to do that.

I am using CLM 6.0.5
