Is it currently possible to require approvals on Work Items based on a given action?

For example, we require a Work Item to be approved before it can move from the Analyze to Closed state.

For example, we require a Work Item to be approved before it can move from the Analyze to Closed state.


Unless something changed in 2.0.0.1 - this is not possible. However, it is possible to create a custom plugin to enforce this - a colleague built this for one of our customers.

And when we can find a place to share this kind of code, I am sure we could post it.

This is implemented in enhancement 83314: Allow restricting a state based on the approvals (https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/83314) for 2.0.0.2 M2 and will become available in RTC 2.0.0.2.
