Migrating Cleaquest link to RTC

Hello,

 I am trying to clearquest records to RTC. My job is to link the corresponding CQ ID with path to "Links tab - Related Artifact". In Related artifact, we have two textboxes, 1. URL 2. Text.
I need to fill the Clearquest path in the URL and put the CQ id to the text.

Is it possible, if yes, How?

If you have the data available somewhere, you could use the CSV import to create that relationship. You can also do this programmatically code for things like that is available at

I have the Clearquest data available, but I am not sure how does the mapping xml will contain?
like:
<sourceId="link" targetID="??"/>
<sourceId="CQId" targetId"??"/>
