No Negative value for Schedule Variance in RTC Planning Formal Process Template

Hi All,

I am using RTC version 6.0.5, for the Schedule variance view in RTC Planning for Formal Process Template I am viewing the value of Planned Time Variance in a column. For the schedule variance typically if we are ahead of schedule the variance should be positive and negative if we are behind schedule. In both the cases I am getting a positive value in Planned time variance column. How can we tackle this issue.
Is Schedule Variance different than Planned Time Variance and if so from where can we get the Schedule Variance value.
