functional CALs missing in RTC 3.0

After installed RTC 3.0 with purely default setting on Windows 2003 R2:
- tomcat 5.5
- derby database
- with tomcat user registry

I unlocked available licenses:
- Developer
- Contributor
- Developer for IBM Enterprise platforms
assigned "Developer for IBM Enterprise platforms" to my admin user.

After that, I still can not see any functional licenses of ClearCase synchronizer, ClearQuest connector, build system.

any configuration I can check?

Usually, that means that you did not install those licenses. It is a
separate check box in the Server install (which seems to be unchecked by
default ... if that is the case, I'll submit a workitem against the
install to get that turned on by default).

Cheers,
Geoff
