How fresh installation of CLM connect with existing database?

 I have CLM6.0.3 on Windows environment with Oracle 12c database. I have taken backup of Oracle database.

How can I connect and use the backed up database with new installation of CLM?
I am using Websphere 8.5.5.13. Any WAS configuration to be backed up to make it working?
