An administrator wants to make sure that time remaining on work items in a plan view are
consistent with the estimate.
Which plan check ensures this?
A. Invalid Estimate Check

B. Planning Problems Check

I am getting confused because Invalid Estimate Check emphasizes on "Time Remaining" whereas Planning Problems Check also has similar definition which is related to estimate.

I am referring to this link

I think you should use both check A and B.

The Invalid Estimate Check just looks at the Time Remaining to see if it is greater than the estimate amount. You may want to know that there actually IS an estimate. If there is no estimate the work items can't be consistent with the estimate. In this case you would need the Planning Problems Check which checks for general problems in planning.
