RTC 6.0(.1) Agile Scheduler: How is the initial sequence of tasks in a sprint determined

Hi,
I tried to find latest information on how the agile scheduler works in RTC 6.0 and 6.0.1
I found a lot of articles based on rtc.3.0.1 and 4.0 but was not able to find any more recent information.

Is it still true, that
- the sequence number is the master in agile scheduler
- sequence is determined in the My Work view in Eclipse or by setting sorting of a plan to "Planned Time" and then drag and drop the WI in the desired order
- if no sequence number is availbale use rank
- if no rank is available use WI ID (order of creation)
?? like explained here

I did some tests in RTC 6.0.1 and had the impression, that the initial sequence after creation was choosen by the ID, but when afterwards applying a rank, no change of sequence happened.
Only the active manipulation of sequence like described above was effective.

Is this the expected behaviour?
