Which repository connection takes priority ?

I have an Eclipse v602 client with two repository connections.
One server has 8000+ work items, the other has about 20.

If I type 5555 in the bottom left hand corner of the eclipse window it says Work item 5555 is not found.

It's because the newer of my two servers does not have that many work items.

How do I tell Eclipse that I am referring to the older server and not the new one ?

At the moment I am just logging off the new server connection and then reconnecting when I've finished looking at WI 5555, but I am guessing there is a better way of doing this.
