How to determine DNG artifact storage folder

Norman Dignard (356695177) | asked Oct 17 '18, 1:12 p.m.

We're running 6.0.5.   We use tend to use modules in our projects.

We noticed a problem noticed in one project's module. It has a number of artifacts in it. I cannot say if they were created within the module, from a doc import , reused from another module, etc...

From the module we can see what folder its artifacts should be stored in. Looking at the folder, it does not contain all the module artifacts.

How can we determine which folder a artifact is stored in, if not from the module properties?

For any individual artifact you can tell which folder it is in by selecting pencil menu>'open artifact'>'open base artifact in new tab'

It will open the base artifact and show the folder it is in.

There is no way of inserting a column into a module to show the folder location of artifacts in that module.

Would be nice to have.

I should note while the above worked on some artifacts, for others  we tab to open the artifact in a new window not a tab.   We are using Chrome, as IE has caused us nothing but grief  with DNG use.
