My Sprint is 1 day, 9:00 AM to 6 PM in same day (b'cas its easy sample)

  


Work Day is 8 hour....

My work env - work day 8 hour  
I create a release plan with ss1 sprint. And create a work item 1 day estimation. Load Progress is 8/8.75

What is this 0.75h? And Why it is showing in here? Is it launch break :) If it is, how can i set it another value?

Work item estimate 8 hour but plan 8.75

No way to tell where the 8.75 comes from here. Note that is calculated for the whole team and not only for one person.
