work with agile

One answer

Hi David,
My experience is working with Agile teams to understand how tooling RTC can support their Project Goals. Working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers.
RTC has many ways which it can support agile teams and packaged templates.
I find that a quick review with the team, can give me the overall view of what the team needs to make it work!
I setup a demo RTC Project to give people an overview of the basics and agree core elements and then normally the team is off... very quick and easy if your team understand and have experience in agile development.
Good luck
