I came across this issue running on RTC606.

CRRTC5038W: The versioned content service temp directory has been deleted.  This often can happen if the property 'vcs.tmpdir' is a directory within /tmp.  Please contact your server administrator.

I cannot find the any of the following properties either in jts or ccm teamserver.properties.

com.ibm.team.repository.tmpdir=jazz_tmp/repository
com.ibm.team.scm.vcs.tmpdir=jazz_tmp/vcs
com.ibm.team.scm.tmpdir=jazz_tmp/scm
what should I do?
 

It happens randomly on a particular word file. I can successfully check the other files except a word document.

According to
you may go to https://yourserver:port/ccm/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.configureAdvanced
and modify the suggested property Versionable Content Temporary Directory in the article to a different location.

I go to the Admin Web UI and update this property
Content Temporary Directory to somewhere other than /tmp

I restarted the server and the file can be checkin successfully. thanks for the quick response.
