I have searched the forum for information on how to initialize the custom report disk downloads but I can't find anything. There are no installation instructions or "Learn more" links for the custom report section, only downloadable files. Does anyone have any information on how to custom reports setup for RQM? Thanks...

Did you looked under the information center. I found these information:
