Design Manager Review

I want to conduct a review in Design Manager and conduct the following operations:

1. Start a review and assign an object, a set of users and their roles (Skip, I can start a review in stream or baseline)

1a. Assign a specific part of the model and only conduct a review on that part

2. During the review make comments on this particular part of the model and not have them be public/collaborative without having to version each time we make comments (e.g. streamline vs baseline v1, baseline v2, etc.).

3. The approver sort the comments based on the user who made them and view only their work.

4. Independently approve or reject each comment that was made.

5. Export the comments in a word or excel document to deliver to a panel.

6. Make the appropriate changes to the model and then continue on with version 2, 3, etc.

Really, in /dm is there a way to assign a review, conduct a review where the users make comments that are only viewable to that review team? The key here is to be able to export the review comments and go over them with various departments outside of Jazz and independently adjudicate each comment.
