RTC Project List content missing projects with CC Bridge

I'm running RAD 7.5 with both the RTC Client 2.0.0.1 and CCRC 7.1.0.2 installed in the same package. In the IDE I'm connected to two jazz repositories and a couple CC UCM projects. When I try to associated an existing Work Item with a UCM activity, only one RTC project shows up in the pull-down for the dialog to search for Work Items. Why is that? I would think all RTC projects known to the client would be in the selection list.
