Description
</label>
We're unable to create and print PDF from artifacts (it was working all the way). The error message is "An error has occurred while processing a server request. The server returned this error code: 400".
We have tried to initialize the service (/rm/admin -> Debug -> Publish Services -> Initialize Service) but that didn't help.
Can we have some suggestions please?

Mar 04 '19, 6:28 p.m.Hi Binoy - I am seeing the same error message for RM 6.0.6 after installing the server on a Linux OS. If you solved this, do you recall how you did so?

Mar 05 '19, 6:49 p.m.Daniel - Try generating a PDF or Word export from the results of a Report Builder Report. To do this, go to Report Builder (/rs), generate any report, and then choose Export > Export the report to Microsoft Word, PDF, or HTML. Whether or not this fails will help narrow down the problem. If it does fail, what is the error message? We had a similar problem, and the error message from Report Builder was more specific than the one from RM.
