CRJAZ8184E The following items could not be indexed

Users are unable to search ccm.  In our ccm.log, we see this,

Any ideas on how to fix this issue ?

Call support? Recreate the work item Text Index? Recreate the JSF Index? (repotools) Is that a supported version of RTC?
