scheduled absences not visible
We recently migrated to RTC 4.0.3
And I noticed that I can no longer view another user's scheduled absences. I had a plan which showed them, and I can see past absences but not new ones.
When I try to view an individual user in the user editor I see two warnings:
- User name is out of sync with directory service
- You do not have permission to save absences
And there are no absences for that user listed. However it I look at that user AS that user (logged in as that user) I see scheduled absences...

JAZZ DEVELOPER Nov 12 '13, 10:52 p.m.Going by the errors you have mentioned, it seems like there are some issues with syncing of the users from the external LDAP system. I would recommend taking help from the Rational Support by raising a PMR.
