Can RTC email support threading
When I receive email from RTC for changes to the same work item my email client (IBM Verse, and IBM Notes) does not show them as the same thread.
The `In-Reply-To` header seemsĀ to be the thing causing the threads on most apps. So if RTC could set this, or allow me to set this to say `123456@jazz.xyz.com` where 123456 is the work item it would probably be sufficient.
Although the email content and subject can be changed via templates, I don't see a way to manipulate headers.
