Access Denied to work items on jazz.net

Since Saturday (October 10) I've been getting "Access Denied - The page you requested cannot be accessed with your credentials." trying to view RTC defects at
https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.workitem
or the dashboard at
https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.dashboard.viewDashboard&team=RTC%20Development.

Another co-worker I checked with is getting the same error. Is this part of the site working? Are my permissions inadequate?

From the jazz-dev@jazz.net mailing list:

There were some problems over the weekend when we upgraded from
WebSphere 6.1 to 7.0.
The URL https://jazz.net/jazz/web is currently unavailable,
Use https://jazzdev.torolab.ibm.com:9443/jazzweb instead.
We are getting some help on this problem today.
All of the other servers are unaffected:
https://jazz.net/jazz02/web
https://jazz.net/jazz03/web
https://jazz.net/jazz04/web

Cheers,
Geoff

Fails with:

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /jazzweb has not been defined.

To clarify, this workaround is only available to IBMers, but the correct URL is https://jazzdev.torolab.ibm.com:9443/jazz/web

It works for me at the moment. Ops is working on the root problem.

That got me in - thanks Scott.

Yes, not being an IBMer, I noticed I couldn't follow the link. :)

Fortunately, the public link is working now. Perhaps related, I'm also able to complete a download of an RTC zip file which was previously stalling.

Thanks for the posts. Sometimes it's nice to know it's not just me.
