BIRT Report Creation for customized reports/dashboards in RTC 6.0.5

 We want to create one customized graph for our client which plots statistics about scheduled work and actual work. So we were trying to do this by BIRT Report creation, but we have oracle db as our background for our clm applications so wanted to ask how we can connect to that resource to get our work items as the data source.


We tried to create report in the JRS and in-built RTC graph, we are not getting the proper result.
