Rational Team Concert 6.0.3 work item notification issue

 Hi All,I am using RTC 6.0.3.


I noticed that m not being notified by e-mail when a new defect is created for me. i got notified when other work items types (user story, epic...) are created for me. Because settings in RTC don't differentiate between different work items, this can't be settings issue. Defect notifications stopped coming.

Can any one please suggest how to resolve this issue?

You would have to notify your team that runs the server/your administrators. they would have to have a look into the logs and work with support if needed.

You could check your preferences, but as you say I don't see any fine grained customization of the e-mail notification preferences that could explain that you don't get e-mail for special work item types.
