JRS Reports Undefined on Dashboard

Here is the issue we are seeing:

1) Reports "Undefined" on the dashboard, much like this question here.
2) After editing the filters, configurations are "auto" - spins out forever. 

I know this question has been asked before. Is our only plan of action to re-register JRS and RM, as is the solution here? https://jazz.net/forum/questions/227995/jrs-reports-displayed-as-undefined-on-rtc-dashboards

I'd post screenshots, but apparently you need 60 reputation points to do that. Because that makes sense.

We'd like to see this issue be resolved.

David, did you try re-creating JRS report? Also, are you using DW or LQE?

Hi Fariz -


I've tried making multiple copies of the reports. When I go into report builder, I make a report I like, copy it, and tweak it slightly. These are all derivative. 

Reports are being made with LQE (Configuration Aware).
