JRS reports displayed as undefined on RTC dashboards

I have a CLM environment v6.0 with iFix008 and we are trying to add JRS reports to the RTC project dashboard, however the widgets are only displaying the word "undefined", I tried checking at the logs but couldn't see any error that could indicate the problem and the reports are properly displaying data in Report Builder
do you have an idea of what could be wrong?

Hi Jorge,
I understand you try to add a new widget and see "undefined" in the dropdown list in Select catalog. Correct me if I am wrong.
This list is based on the application friend settings. So ensure you have set a friend from CCM to JRS, then approve it in JTS.
1) In JTS/admin, register JRS ( https://server:port/rs/scr )
2) In CCM (and QM and RM) /admin > friend, create the friendship to JRS ( https://server:port/rs/rootservice )
3) In JTS/admin > consumer, approve all the keys

If you have already set them up, then try to delete friendship from CCM to JRS, delete JRS registration in JTS, and recreate them by the steps as above. Sometimes it happens even if the friendship setting is all correct.
