I administer a production CLM 603 instance with RM, QM, CCM, DM, and RELM. On Wednesday, the system was performing normally. On Wednesday night, the system went offline. Upon restart, RM and QM are offline.

RM server status summary:

Here is the blank result of navigating to /rm/web:

Here is the different but similarly unhelpful result of navigating to /qm/web:

Here is the /qm/admin result:

Here is the JTS server diagnostics result, noting that RM is mentioned but not QM:

RM and QM are present in the list of registered applications:

Multiple server restarts and allowing plenty of time for the system and subsequently CLM to stabilize (Jena loading time) haven't helped.

Here is the Tomcat web application server application list (excerpt - the other CLM-related apps are running too):

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I was unable to determine the cause of the failure of RM and QM while all the other apps continued to function.

I ultimately restored my entire CLM instance from backup. After rebuilding the indices, all my apps are back up and running with only about ~4 business hours of lost work.
