Does jazzguest user need license to access repository files?

 Hello,

For users those who have JazzGuest role only need license to access the source files?
By importing those users in JTS and adding in project area will provide them read access to repository files?

The JazzGuest repository role only gives you read-only access to data that can be accessed without license.
Accessing JazzSCM data requires a license, see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/6.0.5 which license for what - scroll down and read the page.
A license does not grant you access to a project area or data, so you also might need access there.
