After upgrading CLM for 6.0.4 to 6.0.5, DOORS Next Generation diagnostics is showing the following CRJAZ1991E error
CRJAZ1991E The task "com.ibm.team.gc.sdk.service.GlobalConfigurationSdk.GlobalConfigurationCacheUpdateTask" has failed with an unexpected error which has caused it to be unscheduled. Please check your server logs for details. Once you have addressed the issues, you should restart the server to reschedule this background task.

Which iFix level are you on?
If you are not on iFix004 or later, you are hitting APAR PI93246
If you are not in the position of applying iFix004 (or later) soon, you can use the following workaround:
In advanced properties, set the following 3 properties to the specified values
Global Configuration caching = false
Global Configuration cache update task fixed delay (seconds) = -1
Notification timeout task fixed delay (seconds) = -1
The timeout for pending notifications (seconds) = -1
