We're using RTC 6.0.5 iFix004. The out-of-the-box query, My Current Work, is filtering using the Status condition. When we put the query in Edit mode, it has In Progress selected. If you clear that selection, the only options are Unresolved and Resolved, and there's no way to make the third option, In Progress, display again. Our guess is that In Progress was changed to Unresolved at some point, and the out-of-the-box query wasn't updated. Can anyone confirm that or explain why that condition behaves that way?
