Is there any way to change the values of a set of TCERs? Eg. I need change the "Owner" column values of a set of TCERs?Does the Excel import support update several column values one time?

 Is there any way to update values for a set of TCERs in RQM? Does the Excel import support update several column values one time?


Eg. I need change the "Owner" column values for a set of TCERs at one time. How to do this?

Hi, Nancy

Yes, you can go to TCER view and select the multiple TCERs and then 'change owner' icon to change owner in a bulk.


ExcelImporter is able to update multiple TCERs at the same time but it is more 'recreate' than update. you need to put all the attributes into the same excel file(regardless if you want to change or not for TCERs) hence it could be more complex.
