We have solved this problem recreating SSO keys: https://jazz.net/library/article/413 , we already had these keys but we didn't had this pre-requisite:
"First, make sure each instance of WAS is using the same user registry (ideally LDAP). The user registry settings should be identical on all servers."
We didn't set the LDAPs identically and that was our mistake.
